    How do I add a team member to a case?

    A team member can be added to an existing case on the 'Manage Team Members' screen.

    The 'Available Team Members' table contains a list of user who can be added to a team.

    If you would like to add one of these users, click the 'Add' button to the right of the user name.

    A confirmation dialog will appear, asking if you are sure that you would like to add the user. Click 'OK'.

    Note that you can add as many team members as you would like to a case. The same team member can also be added to multiple cases.
