If you belong to such an organization and possess a registration code, you can register yourself for an AutismPro Resource Manager account. Proceed to the AutismPro Resource Manager signin page (your organization will provide you with this link). Click the 'Register' link at the bottom of the screen. You will be directed to the 'Self-Registration Area'. Enter your first name in the 'First Name' field. Enter your last name in the 'Last Name' field. Enter your email address in the 'Email' field. Signing In- How do I sign in?

Click the 'client sign in' button at the top right of the screen. You will be taken to the signin page for all AutismPro products. In the 'User name' field, enter your email address. Click the 'Continue' button. If you are registered for multiple AutismPro products, you will be presented with a list of available products. Choose 'AutismPro Resource Manager' in the 'Application' dropdown box and click the 'Continue' button. You will be taken to the password entry screen. In the Password field, enter the password provided to you. Note that your password is case sensitive. Upper case and lower case letters must be entered correctly. Click the 'Sign in' button to begin using AutismPro Resource Manager. - How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

User Profile- How do I edit my user profile?

Students- How do I add a student?

The 'Class Details' panel will be displayed to the right of the screen. Click the 'Manage Students in Class' icon, and the 'Student Details' panel will appear. Click the 'New' button. Enter the student's name in the 'Student' field, according to the naming conventions decided by your school. Then click the 'Save' button. The new student will appear in the 'My Students' list. - How do I edit the details of an existing student?

Teams- How do I add a member to the student's team?

The 'Student Details' panel will be displayed to the right of the screen. Click the 'Manage Team for Student' icon. A list of available educators for your organization will be displayed in the 'Available Teachers' list. Click the 'Add to Team' button beside any teacher who you would like to become part of the student's team. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click 'OK'. The teacher's name will appear in the child's team above. - How do I delete a member of the student's team?

They are not permitted to make changes to the folder, nor to view or edit the student's journal. To modify these privileges, select the team member name in the student's team member list. Click the 'Edit' button, then check the privileges that you would like the team member to have: Edit Journal, View Journal, and/or Update Student Folder. Click the 'Save' button to save your changes.
Curriculum Search- How is the AutismPro curriculum organized?

The AutismPro curriculum is divided into eight core developmental areas (Social, Emotional, Communication, Receptive Language, Expressive Language, Academics, Independence, and Motor). Across the top of the 'Curriculum Search' panel, you will see tabs corresponding to each of these areas. Click on a tab to view curriculum goals for that developmental area. Each developmental area in the AutismPro curriculum is divided into a number of sub-areas or 'goals'. The Communication developmental area, for example, is divided into fours subareas: Nonverbal Communication, Verbal Communication, Prosocial Communication, and Conversation Skills. Resources- How do I rate a resource?
View a Video Walkthrough for this topic Users of AutismPro Resource Manager have the ability to give a rating to activities, teaching strategies, and support strategies. To rate a resource, scroll to the bottom of the resource and click the 'Rate this resource' icon. A popup will be displayed containing five stars. Click one of the stars to provide your rating. A five star rating should reflect a resource that is easy to understand, easy to implement, and which meets its stated objective. If you would like to comment on the resource, enter your thoughts in the 'Comment' field. Click the 'Save' button to submit your rating. Your rating will be averaged with all other ratings for that resource and displayed at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Classroom- How do I retrieve a list of students for a particular class?

By default, the last class that you accessed is displayed on the screen. If you would like to see a list of students for some other class, click the 'change' link at the top of the screen. Search- How do I search the resource library?
View a Video Walkthrough for this topic To search the AutismPro resource library for specific resources, click the 'Search' tab at the top of the screen. A simple search field will be displayed. Enter one or more terms in the search field, such as 'transition routine'. Click the 'Search' button, or press 'Enter' to perform the search. By default, the search will retrieve all resources that contain either the word 'transition' or the word 'routine'. If you would to perform a narrower search, and find only resources containing the exact phrase that you have entered, select the 'exact phrase' checkbox. Your search results are grouped into various categories of results: Activities, Support Strategies, Support Strategy Examples, Teaching Strategies, Workshops, Definitions, and FAQs. Click on a tab to see the search results. Click on a link to view the resource. If you would like to add the resource to the student's folder, close the resource by clicking the X at the top right corner, and add the resource as you normally would.
