You enter information about a child into AutismPro Professional, and receive curriculum recommendations that are specifically tailored to the child's needs. The AutismPro Professional curriculum contains thousands of objectives, activities, and strategies, -- which take you step-by-step through the process of identifying the child's skill and behavioral challenges, setting a course of action, and measuring the child's progress as the intervention plan is implemented.
Signing In- How do I sign in?
View a Video Walkthrough for this topic To signin to AutismPro Professional: Navigate to http://www.autismpro.com in your web browser. You will be taken to the AutismPro home page. Click the 'client sign in' button at the top right of the screen. You will be taken to the signin page for all AutismPro products. In the 'User name' field, enter your email address. Click the 'Continue' button. If you are registered for multiple AutismPro products, you will be presented with a list of available products. Choose 'AutismPro Professional' in the 'Application' dropdown box then click the 'Continue' button. You will be taken to the password entry screen. In the Password field, enter the password provided to you. Note that your password is case sensitive. Upper case and lower case letters must be entered correctly. Click the 'Sign in' button to begin using AutismPro Professional. - How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

You will be taken to the 'Forgot Your Password?' screen and prompted to enter your user name (i.e., your email address). Click the 'Continue' button to complete your request. AutismPro will soon send you an email with further instructions for changing your password. Check your email program for a message titled 'Reset Your AutismPro Professional Password'. Open the email and click the link enclosed. You will be directed to the 'Reset Your Password' screen. Enter your User Name (your email address) and click 'Continue'. You will be directed to the 'Set Your Password' screen. Enter a new password in the 'New Password' field. Note that your new password must be between 8 and 16 characters long, with at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number and no spaces. Retype the password in the 'Confirm New Password' field. Click the 'Set' button to set your new password. Click the 'Continue' button to begin using AutismPro Professional. - What happens the first time I sign in?

A confirmation dialog will appear, indicating that 1 month will be deducted from the total number of case months available to your organization. Click the 'OK' button to continue. The new case will now appear in the 'My Active Cases' table, under the name 'new case'. - How do I archive a case that I'm no longer using?

To archive a case: In the 'My Active Cases' table, click the 'Archive Case' button to the right of a case. A confirmation dialog will appear, asking if you are sure you would like to archive the case. Click 'OK'. The case will appear in the 'My Archived Cases' list Note that archived cases provide you with a snapshot of the child's final progress status, but you will no longer have the ability to edit or make changes to the case. - How do I delete a case?

Manage Team- How do I manage the team members for a case?

There is no limit to the number of team members that you can invite per case. To begin managing your team, click the 'Team Members' link to the right of an active case. The 'Manage Team Members' screen will appear. From here you can: Change edit rights for a team member Invite a new team member Add a team member Remove a team member - How do I add a team member to a case?
View a Video Walkthrough for this topic A team member can be added to an existing case on the 'Manage Team Members' screen. The 'Available Team Members' table contains a list of user who can be added to a team. If you would like to add one of these users, click the 'Add' button to the right of the user name. A confirmation dialog will appear, asking if you are sure that you would like to add the user. Click 'OK'. Note that you can add as many team members as you would like to a case. The same team member can also be added to multiple cases. - How do I transfer edit rights to a team member?

By default, edit rights belong to the Case Owner; however, these rights can be transferred to another team member on the 'Manage Team Members' screen. Select a day, month, and year from the 'Date of birth' dropdown boxes If the child has been previously diagnosed by a professional, choose the diagnosis in the 'Diagnoses' panel (or type in a diagnosis if one does not exist in the list). You can choose an image to represent the child, by scrolling through the library of existing images. Use the forward arrow to move to the next image, and the back arrow to move to the previous image. If you would like to upload a different image to represent the child, click the 'Browse' button in the 'Upload Child Image' panel. Then, select an image from your computer, and click the 'Upload Custom Image' button. When you are satisfied with the child information that has been entered, click the 'Submit' button to continue. Notes are displayed in chronological order and contain: A time stamp of when the note was created The name of the note author The name of the objective or activity The title of the note The text of the note On the 'View Progress Notes' screen, you can: Search for notes by category and within a specific date range. Add a new note. Edit an existing note. Delete an existing note. Click the 'Print' button to print the currently displayed list of notes. - How do I search for progress notes?
