American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)

The Stimulus Act provides both a tremendous opportunity and tremendous confusion. School administrators must learn quickly what to do to take advantage of this additional funding. Administrators are being encouraged to consider short term tool purchases which provide long term improvements.
